Evoltract (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an AI automation and software company operating in India and the United Arab Emirates. For anything in this policy, contact us at hello@evoltract.com.
2. What data we collect
When you send us a project brief we collect your name, company name (optional), email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the project types you select and any details you choose to share about your project.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive personal data, financial account details or government identifiers through this website.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare for a scoping call
- To send information about our services — only with your consent
- To improve our website and services
- We never sell your data to third parties
4. How your enquiry reaches us
The project form on this website does not store your details on our servers. When you submit it, your brief is placed into a pre-filled message that opens in WhatsApp (or your email app, if you choose email). It is only sent when you press send in that app, and from then on it is also handled under that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
5. Policy Needs Analyser
The Policy Needs Analyser runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is transmitted, stored or used for follow-up. Closing or refreshing the page clears it.
6. Cookies & browser storage
We use essential browser storage (localStorage) to remember your privacy choice so we don't ask again. Non-essential tools such as analytics are only loaded if you select Accept, and you can change your choice at any time.
7. Your rights
- GDPR (EU/UK) — access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection
- DPDP Act 2023 (India) — access, correction, erasure and grievance redressal
- UAE PDPL / ADGM / DIFC — access, correction and deletion of personal data

8. Data retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 2 years, or until you ask us to delete it. Analytics data, where you have consented to it, is retained for 12 months.
